Bangladesh is the most densely populated country in the world with overcrowded cities driven by the concentration of jobs across key cities. Unless this migration of poor laborers from remote villages to the cities is stopped / controlled, cities will become unleavable and will bring human and environmental disasters. Its not possible for the government to create jobs for such a huge population alone across the country. While private commercial sector has a huge role, we believe we can play a role by
