Program Name : Clean Water Projects - Deep Tube Well Project (CWP 002)

Program Details -

Members of BRIC Foundation wanted to improve the quality of life of poor people within their own limited capacities. As part of this, they started the deep tubewell project long before the official formation of BRIC Foundation. This project was their second initiative for clean water dated back early 2022.

Location: Pratap Nagar Anwar Morol Masjid Chattar, Post Office- Assasuni, District. - Sathkhira

Beneficiaries: About 70 families and all musalis of the masjid are getting pure water for drinking, cooking purposes and ablution for 5 times.

Distance: This is a densely populated area, in the middle of the large village.

Remarks: This is a flood-prone area having excessive salty water from the river Kholpetua. So, during the flood time people of the surrounding areas are using this water as the direct Rahmat of Allah SWT. The Musallis of the Masjid are happy to use this water.

Comment - Alhamdu Lillah the tube wells are supplying sweet water with full flow. The quality of works, height and strength of the foundation of the tube well have been the new models for other areas.

Alhamdu Lillah due to 500 meters depth of the pipes the water does not get mixed with saline water during flood. May Allah SWT accept all the sadaqah on behalf of Morhums/Murabbis (ameen).
