Program Details -

Project : Under this project, five families in Assasuni Upazila of Sathkhira district were supported with food aid every month for twelve months starting November 2023. Number of families will be increased in future depending on the need and the ability of the foundation.

Criteria for selection - Poor families of the area with no known source of income, predominantly with widowed mother with young kids.

Family 1 :

Name - Mrs. Nahida Khatun (Widowed) - House wife
Husband - Late Ibrahim Laskar, Children - 3 daughters

Family members - total six including old parents in laws.
Address - Village - Kurikahunia, PO – Pratapnagar, Upazila - Assasuni, Sathkhira

Family 2:

Name - Abdur Samad Gazi - No permanent job
Husband - Late Ibrahim Laskar
Children - 2 sons (one of the sons is disabled) & 1 daughter (cancer patient)

Family members - total five including old mother.

Upazila - Assasuni, Sathkhira. 
 

Family 3:

Name - Mosammat Rahima khatun (widowed)
Husband - Late Saifullah Gazi

Children - 1 son & 2 daughters, Family members - total four.
Address - Village - Kurikahunia, PO – Pratapnaga, Upazila - Asasuni, Sathkhira. 

Family 4:

Name - Mosammat Anjara (widowed)
Children – One small daughter

PO – Pratapnaga, Upazila - Asasuni, Sathkhira.

Family 5:

Name - Khuku (widowed)

Family members - total five.
